Happy New Year! All the best in 2015!

What will 2015 bring to you? What will you make your experiences mean? What did 2014 give to your life?

As I sit and reflect on 2014, I realize how blessed Maureen and I have been to have had the opportunity to work with our wonderful horses, Mojo, Dusty and Koko to help the clients who came to us move forward.  Each person has shared their insights from the realization that detachment from the outcome actually leads to an even better outcome, to identifying what is holding them back from leading a passionate life, to helping to bring families closer, to turning around thoughts of guilt and shame, and so much more.

In my own life, 2014 has been a year of learning to let go to allow everything to be ok and to learn to love what is, of learning to listen to my intuition, of understanding that worrying about the future which you cannot truly predict or control only causes anxiety and robs you of the present moment – the only moment we truly have. The year of the Horse was a bit of a tumultuous year for myself and so many others I know. For me, however, it has ended with an incredible gift – the gift of forgiveness and love and the reuniting of family.

What will 2015 bring? What I have learned and know for sure is, that on which you focus will indeed manifest itself. This has happened over and over again without fail for me and I am sure that if you look carefully it has for you too.  When you focus on worry about money, friends, family then that which you worry about will appear.  If you focus on the present moment and take in all that it has to offer, you will realize how beautiful life truly is and what a gift it is. Gratitude plays a huge part in one’s happiness. When we are grateful for the good and the bad in our life, we realize that even the bad things are gifts – they are lessons that we needed to learn, they are messengers and in some cases, wake up calls.

So this year my focus will be to continue to serve clients, to continue to grow and be grateful for life itself, to spend more quality time with  my family. I want to achieve a better connection with our horses by learning more about their language and to continue to give them the best quality care so that they can continue to work their magic.

Happy New Year Everyone! It is the year of The Sheep (Goat), a Yin energy, a symbol of Peace, Harmonious co-existence and Tranquility. May all of these manifest for you in 2015!
